Experience
Margot Uson is a human resources consultant with over 20 years experience. Her career in industry has been at the management and executive levels, where she was responsible for Canadian as well as international HR activities in large, multinational organizations. She has participated in international task forces for the creation of global HR policy and strategy, and in the design and implementation of HR systems and processes. She has managed the HR side of mergers, plant closures and business consolidations. Mrs Uson has a degree in Psychology from Concordia University, and has completed extensive executive and management education programs at Harvard and Queen’s Universities.
